Membership of the Eastern Community Assistance Team is open to anyone.

Drivers should have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum 3 years and have no more than 6 points on their licence.

Although useful you do not need experience in off road driving to become a responder,

we ask only that you are willing to learn through training sessions

provided free of charge from experienced members

or at a reduced rate from our Supporters.

First Aid Courses and Navigation Exercises

There are no set requirements for the make or type of 4x4 you have - totally standard or 'tricked-up' -

but it must have current MOT, tax and insurance and be legal to use in the UK.

Don't have a 4x4?

It really doesn't matter!

You are still welcome to join the group in a general support role, attending shows and helping us to fundraise.

Families are also very welcome to get involved and come along to events,

we even have a Junior Member level.

There is currently no subscription fee to pay in order to join our group,

we ask only for a deposit of £10 to cover team PPE and card.

To pay your deposit simply click the PayPal 'Donate' button below
